ABOUT KATHERINE

Katherine DiLaura is the stylist and colourist behind the chair KD Colour. Katherine has nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry, studying with some of the top educators in the industry and has experience working in high end salons in Boston and Cambridge. She has taken advanced colour courses in New York and has worked on professional actresses. With styles constantly changing, Katherine continues her education to keep up to date on the newest trends. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, being out in nature and doing yoga.

I started out interning at a hair salon when I was 16 years old, and then became a receptionist at the same salon. I knew from then on out the beauty industry is where I wanted to be.

I’m passionate about being able to uplift my guests’ confidence and make sure they are obsessed with their hair in a warm and relaxed environment.

I’m best known for my beautiful blondes, lived in, low maintenance colours and natural balayages.

I’m dedicated to using high quality hair products and colour, as well as using hair products that are eco-friendly.
